Preparing for your session.
Ensure that you are seated somewhere comfortable, where you will be undisturbed during the session.
Ideally I would like to be able to see your face and your hands on a table or on your lap in front of you.
Ensure that you are wearing comfortable clothes.
Avoid caffeine if at all possible for at least two hours before the session.
Make sure that you have had a drink of water and been to the toilet before we start.
If you are using a PC or laptop; ensure that pop-ups and reminders are switched off and no other tabs are open. Also ensure that your phone is switched to silent and is not likely to vibrate on the desk or in your pocket.
If you are using your mobile phone ensure it is propped up somewhere comfortable and easy to see, also ensure that it is set to do not disturb.
I have found that by far the best results are obtained when you are wearing headphones. Partly to minimise disturbance but also because utilising both hemispheres of the brain leads to better function.
What to do if we lose connection.
In the unlikely event that we are disconnected you will remain hypnosis for five minutes and if we have not been reconnected in that time you will awake and be able to contact me by phone on 07779099530 so that we can reset.
(please take a note of the number and keep it handy or on your phone)
When we recommence, you will drop back into the same hypnotic state you were before we were disconnected.
After the session.
It is not unusual to feel slightly lightheaded or dizzy or to have very mild headache after the session. Generally, this will clear up within a few minutes of getting up walking around and having a drink of water. I would recommend not driving or operating machinery for 15 minutes or so after the session.
